We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and may impact your ability to use your Season Pass. In some situations, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you’re unable to use your pass for an extended period.

This policy applies to the following Season Pass products only:
- Over 70’s Season Pass

When may I be eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you’re unable to use your Season Pass for 30 or more consecutive days during the Australian ski season due to one of the following circumstances:
Eligible Medical/Injury Refund Events
- Personal Illness or Injury
- Family Member Illness or Injury
- Death

How to request a Season Pass cancellation
To be considered for a refund:
- Your cancellation request must be submitted by email within 30 days of when the eligible event occurred.
- Your request must include supporting documentation that substantiates the refund event (for example, medical documentation).
Requests received outside this timeframe or without appropriate documentation may not be eligible for assessment.
