We understand that submitting documentation can feel daunting, especially during a difficult time. The information below explains what’s required so we can fairly assess Season Pass cancellation requests related to illness, injury, or other eligible events.
This policy applies to the following Season Pass products only:
- Over 70’s Season Pass
Important:
This policy does not apply to Epic Australia Pass products. Epic Australia Pass purchases are covered separately under Epic Coverage - please click here for information and to submit a cancellation request.
When to submit your documentation
For eligible medical or injury refund events, cancellation requests must:
- Be submitted by email within 30 days of when the refund event occurs, and
- Include the required supporting documentation outlined below.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for assessment.
Documentation required for Medical / Injury Events
You’ll need to provide a medical certificate from a licensed medical provider who is acting within the scope of their registration.
For fairness and independence, the medical provider must not be:
- You
- A family member
- A business partner
The medical certificate must clearly confirm:
- The date of initial diagnosis
- The nature of the physical illness or injury
- The date range during which the Pass holder is unable to ski or snowboard
Additional documentation (if applicable)
Depending on the circumstances of your request, we may also require:
- Proof of shared permanent residence (for family‑related claims), or
- A death certificate
