Cancellation requests for eligible Medical/Injury Refund Events must be submitted via email within 30 days of when the medical/injury refund event occurred.
Documentation Requirements:
Medical certificate provided by a licensed medical provider who is acting within the scope of their registration who is not you, a person related to you or a business partner, confirming the following information:
- Date of initial diagnosis
- Nature of illness/injury
- Date range that the Pass holder is unable to participate in ski/snowboard activities
If applicable:
- Proof of shared permanent residence
- Death certificate
