This policy applies to the following Season Pass products only:
- Over 70’s Season Pass
Important:
This policy does not apply to Epic Australia Pass products. Epic Australia Pass purchases are covered separately under Epic Coverage - please click here for information and to submit a cancellation request.
How Season Pass refunds are calculated
For eligible Season Pass cancellation requests, the refund amount is calculated as a percentage of your original purchase price.
The percentage refunded depends on how many days you have already used your Season Pass during the season. As usage increases, the refundable amount decreases.
(Full details of refund percentages and usage thresholds are outlined in the applicable Terms & Conditions.)
Skitube Add-On refund requests
If your Season Pass cancellation is approved due to an eligible medical or injury refund event, and you also purchased a Skitube Add‑On, you may be eligible for a refund of the add‑on as well.
The Skitube Add‑On refund is based on usage:
-
If Skitube has not been used:
You may receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the Skitube Add‑On. -
If Skitube has been used:
The Skitube Add‑On is non‑refundable after first use.
How refunds are issued
If your cancellation request is approved and a refund is payable:
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment wherever possible.
- If the original payment method is no longer available (for example, the card has expired, been lost, or cancelled), you’ll be asked to provide alternative credit card details so the refund can be completed.
