Applies to lift ticket, lesson and rental bookings. Excludes season long products and Epic Australia Pass products.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
When submitting a cancellation request as a result of injury or illness you are required to provide documentation in the form of a medical certificate that verifies the injury or illness. This document must be dated and shared as close to the incident as reasonably possible and must confirm the following information:
- Date of diagnosis
- That the injury or illness prevents you from skiing or riding for a specified date range consistent with the duration of your purchased product.
If requested WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE START TIME OF THE FIRST DAY OF THE PRODUCT:
If you are injured or become ill within 48 hours your booking start time and as a result cannot make use of your products, the following conditions apply:
- All cancellations will attract an administration fee of $25 per booking.
- Cancellations that result in funds being payable back to you will be issued in the form of a Snow Credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
If requested WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START TIME OF THE FIRST DAY OF THE PRODUCT:
Applies only to Private Lesson bookings
- All cancellations will be calculated at 50% of the purchase price and attract an administration fee of $25 per booking.
- Cancellations that result in funds being payable back to you will be issued in the form of a Snow Credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
If requested AFTER THE START TIME OF THE FIRST DAY OF THE PRODUCT:
Applies only to multi-day lift ticket, group lesson, and rental bookings
- All cancellations will attract an administration fee of $25 per booking.
- Credit offered will reflect the remaining unused portion of the product/s.
- Cancellations that result in funds being payable back to you will be issued in the form of a Snow Credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
