We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible when cancellations are requested early enough. Please review the information below so you know what options are available.
This policy applies to lift tickets, lessons and rental bookings only.
It does not apply to season‑long products / programs or Epic Australia Pass products.
Cancelling 48 hours or more before you start
You can request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the start time of the first day of your booking.
Please note the following conditions:
- A $25 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
- Multi‑day products are treated as a single booking, rather than individual days.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start time of the first booked day.

If your cancellation results in a credit, it will be issued as a Snow Credit voucher, which you can use towards a future visit.
- Cash refunds are not available.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your start time
We know that last‑minute changes can be stressful. Unfortunately, because our products and staffing are prepared in advance, cancellations can’t be accepted within 48 hours of the start time of the first day of your booking.
If you’re unable to use your product(s) during this period, the full cost of the booking will be forfeited.
If your booking is affected by illness or injury in the days leading up to your visit, you may be eligible for a Snow Credit voucher. For more information and to submit a request, please click here.
