We understand plans can change. If your Lift Ticket was purchased using a Bring A Mate invitation, you may be able to change or cancel your booking, depending on when you contact us.
Please note that Bring A Mate tickets have some specific conditions, outlined below.
Changing a Bring A Mate Lift Ticket
If you would still like to visit but need to move your date, changing your booking may be the best option.
- You can request a date change for a Lift Ticket purchased using a Bring A Mate invitation at least 48 hours before the start time of the first day.

Important:
Changing your booking does not affect your Bring A Mate invitation, provided the booking is not cancelled.
Cancelling a Bring A Mate Lift Ticket
You can request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the start time of the first day of your booking.

Important information about Bring A Mate invitations
Please note the following important conditions:
- Once a Lift Ticket purchased using a Bring A Mate invitation has been cancelled, the invitation cannot be re-issued.
- This applies to both the Lift Ticket purchaser and the Epic Australia Pass holder.
- In these cases, the Bring A Mate invitation will be forfeited, even if the booking is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
