Applies to lift ticket, lesson and rental bookings. Excludes Winter Sports Club programs, season pass products and Epic Australia Pass.
Changes to the date, duration and products in your booking must be made at least 24 hours or more prior to the earliest scheduled commencement date of your booking. All changes will attract an administration fee of $20.
Any changes to bookings that result in money being payable back to you will be issued in the form of a Snow Credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
Please note that no changes to a booking can be made within 24 hours of the earliest scheduled commencement date of your booking. If your circumstances change during this period and you cannot make use of your product/s, the full cost of the product will be forfeited.
