Updates You Can Make Yourself
Once signed in, you can update the following details directly in your account:
- Personal Details (e.g., email address and password)
- Payment Methods e.g., stored credit card)
Simply select the relevant option from the menu, make your edits, and click 'Save'.
Updates That Require Assistance
The following details cannot be updated online:
- Name (e.g., incorrect spelling, marriage, or separation resulting in name change)
- Date of Birth (e.g., entered incorrectly)
To update these, click here to contact the Hotham team. Please include:
- The details that need updating
- Your current account information (full name, date of birth, and customer ID if known)
- Supporting documentation (e.g., Birth Certificate, Passport, or legal name change documentation)
Important Notes
- Products are non-transferable, and names cannot be changed for this purpose.
- To protect your privacy, all documentation submitted for identification will be redacted once reviewed.
