To REMOVE household members from your account:
Please contact us and provide:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Customer ID (if known)
If you have multiple household members, confirm:
- Which members should be removed
- Which members should remain
We’ll then separate the accounts as requested.
To ADD household members that already have Mountain Access Cards or accounts:
Please contact us and provide the following details for each guest:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Customer ID (if known)
Important: For privacy reasons, we can only add adult household members with existing accounts if we have their written consent.
To ADD household members who are new guests:
You can add new household members during checkout when assigning products.
