Your Mountain Access Card is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
Report It Immediately
If your card is lost or stolen:
- Contact the Hotham team here, or
- Visit a Ticket Office in resort
Get a Replacement
- Purchase a replacement card via the Hotham online store.
- Collect your new card at one of our pickup machines located throughout the resorts.
Important to Know
- You are responsible for any use of your Pass until you report it lost or stolen.
- If someone else uses your Pass, it may be confiscated and not re-issued.
