You are responsible for promptly reporting if your Mountain Access Card is lost or stolen by contacting the Hotham team here, or visiting a Ticket Office in resort. We will then de-activate the missing card to ensure that it is not used by another person.
Replacement cards can be purchased via the Hotham online shop and collected at our pick up machines located throughout the resort.
Please Note: You are liable for any use of your lift access product that occurs while your Mountain Access Card is not in your possession unless you have already reported it lost of stolen. Use of your lift access product by another person may result in the product being confiscated and not re-issued.
