I have used the Forgot Password? button but haven’t received an email
Sometimes our emails containing the link to reset your password are redirected to your junk mailbox sent from shop@vailresorts.com.au (Subject: Online Store Password Recovery). If the email is note received, please click here to contact the Hotham team for further assistance. In your message, please include the below information to help us locate your account:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
I have used the Forgot Password? button and received the error message - “Email Not Found”
This means that there is no account in our system matching the email address that you are using to reset your password, or you may have set up your account using a different email address. We recommend using the Find My Account feature to determine the email address that is attached to your account.
