Issues with equipment fit
If you are having any trouble with your equipment (e.g. sizing or fit), head in to any of our outlets and our friendly staff will help you out.
Changing from ski to snowboard or vice versa
If you wish to switch from ski to snowboard rental or vice versa after your trip has begun, you can do so at Hotham Central or Dinner Plain. Please note, an Administration Fee of $15 will apply.
