We understand that plans can change. Depending on when you notify us, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your Winter Sports Club Season Long Program purchase.
Please review the information below to understand what options are available based on timing.
Cancelling 30 days or more before the program start date
If you notify the Perisher team 30 or more days before the program start date:
- You’ll receive a full refund of the program purchase price.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Cancelling within 29 days of the program start date
If you notify us within 29 days of the program start date:
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the program cost applies.
- The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Cancelling after the program has started
Once the Winter Sports Club program has commenced:
- The program can’t be cancelled or refunded
- Your purchase can’t be transferred to another participant
- Your purchase can’t be deferred to a future season
This means that after the program start date, all payments are final.
