Snow Credits can be used for a range of online purchases, including lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and Epic Australia Pass products. Instructions for using Snow Credits vary by purchase type and are outlined below.
Using your Snow Credit for online purchases (lift tickets, lessons and rentals)
- Visit the Hotham, Falls Creek, or Perisher online shop and sign in
- Add all required items to your shopping cart
- During checkout, go to 'Payment Detail & Purchase'
- Select the 'Snow Credit' as your payment method
- Click 'Apply' next to each Snow Credit you would like to use
- If there is a remaining balance, enter your credit card details
- Click 'Apply' to complete your payment

- Can’t find your Snow Credit details? Click here for help locating them
- Any remaining value on your Snow Credit can be used across multiple purchases while the Snow Credit is still valid. You can view your remaining balance and expiry date when signed in under Payment Methods.
- A Snow Credit voucher can only be used if it is assigned to your account
